How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Returns by mail: Please allow 5-7 days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed and/or exchange sent out. Once your refund is complete, please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method. If you have not received your payment refund in 3-5 business days, please check with your bank/credit card provider.

Are your scrubs true to size?

Yes our scrubs are true to size, though it varies depending on the particular style you may choose. Some of our scrubs are designed to be fitted and some are designed to be a more relaxed fit. Please refer to our size guide on our product page for measurements.

Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?
Only one promo code can be applied to an order.

Do you store my debit/credit card information?

Chisley's Scrub Boutique does not have access to your card number, and this information is not stored in our database.

How much is shipping?

Any orders purchased over $99 will receive FREE shipping. Shipping cost may vary depending on which option you choose. We have standard and priority shipping rates. Your shipping rates will be determined at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

If you choose standard shipping, your order should arrive within 5-7 days. If you choose to expedite your order with priority shipping, your order should arrive within 3-5 days. Due to the global pandemic and unforeseen weather related conditions mail delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Can we make a suggestion for adding a new color to your scrub collection?

Yes of course you can, feel free to send us a email at ChisleysScrubBoutique@gmail.com and let us know what color scrubs you would like to see added to our collection.
